International students in Australia’s top universities do every bit as well as their Australian counterparts, according to a comprehensive study of Group of Eight student pass rates. The research by IDP Education looks at subject results for six groups of students – domestic and international, females and males, undergraduates and postgraduates – and finds very little difference in their academic performance. Australia ‘committed to student safety’
October 19th, 2009Foreign Minister Stephen Smith has assured his Indian counterpart Australia is committed to ensuring Indian students are safe while studying in Australia. Indian Minister of External Affairs Somanahalli Krishna welcomed the assurances. The Sydney Morning Herald, 13 October 2009
