Students and staff at the University of Sydney will soon benefit from the introduction of a sophisticated new student lifecycle management system called Sydney Student. The new on-line system which allows students to manage their day-to-day dealings with the University will handle the complete student lifecycle from initial enquiries to alumni relations, and will enable students to carry out a range of tasks – such as paying fees, checking exam results or accessing timetables – more readily. This creates a 360 degree view of the student experience which assists staff providing better service to students. The University of Sydney, 25 June 2009
